Quality Assurance Policy

Our Quality Control program is to ensure that all works are performed in compliance with applicable standards, specifications, regulations, code, and good construction standards.
Further, this program is designed to provide a completed installation that meets all standards for a reliability, safety, and environmental protection.

To satisfy our customer’s needs, WISE Control Inc. obtains superb employees, and closely follow KEPIC and other nuclear related standards, codes, and regulations.

The administration and implementation of the Quality Assurance program shall be the responsibility if the QA director. He will establish a satisfactory working relationship with the appointed client representative. There will be a good communication between QA directors, client representative and project personnel as required. Recognizing that the initial responsibility for performing quality work rests with the Managing Director, a special effort will be made be made to promote adequate training for them. Further, QA programs and regulations will be solely maintained and controlled by the QA Director, and QA director will be independent from other department’s directors.

Conditions adverse to quality will be promptly investigated, evaluated and corrected. In the event of a significant finding adverse to quality, the cause will be determined and corrective action taken will be reported to appropriate levels of management. Follow-up actions will be taken to verify implementation of corrective action.

Items, which do not conform to specified requirement, will be controlled to ensure proper disposition and prevent inadequate use. Controls will provide for identification, documentation, evaluation, segregation and disposition of non-conformances to affected organizations.

All employees in WISE Control Inc. will support QA department to maintain and promote Quality Assurance Program, and every other department directors will educate their staffs to recognize the importance of this program so each and every staff will contribute that WISE Control Inc. will provide high quality products to its valuable customers.
